Why do I need to remove my shoes before entering?

To ensure that our store and our merchandise are kept clean, we ask that our customers remove their shoes before entering the bridal shop.  Clean slippers are available for use and are provided at the entrance.

What is your return and/or refund policy?

Unfortunately, returns and/or refunds cannot be made once transactions have been completed and alterations are completed.

Can I rent a dress?

No, our dresses are not available to rent.

Why do I need to book an appointment?

Booking an appointment will ensure one on one uninterrupted time with Diane and her services.

How long will my appointment last?

Booked appointments reserve a guaranteed 1 hour session with Diane. The appointment time may vary however, depending on the type appointment.

I can’t make it to my appointment, what should I do?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us via call or email at least 24 hours in advance. This way we can accommodate for other guests on our waiting list.
